Sarah has 9 years experience in environmental consultancy and a further 10 years commercial experience, primarily in research and development. She has experience in many aspects of groundwater and surface water assessment and management, which include; Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and environmental permitting, groundwater and surface water management plans, Flood Risk Assessments, eco-hydrology and mineral extraction. She has worked on a variety of projects related to water management, borehole design and drilling supervision. Coming from a farming background Sarah is passionate about water quality issues associated with agriculture. Since 2009 she has advised on and provided extensive support to several groups of farmers, the National Farmers’ Union and their members on water quality issues and appeals against Nitrate Vulnerable Zone (NVZ) designations.
